WOW, WOW, WOW! I loved it. Last night was opening night and it was such an event. Stephan Schwartz was in the audience among other celebirties. Besides being star-strucked, Pippin himself is a huge star in my book. He was capitvating. During intermission, I over heard people talking that he jumped into the role over the weekend. WOW, WOW, WOW! The music was a trip, too. This Pippin rocked it out with new arrangements of the music. I wish there was a cast recording because Extraordinary in the 2nd act rocked! I wanted to see more dancing though. I love hiphop and I wanted more. Overall, it was a sexy show a great emotional core that drove the show.

I have seen Pippin before and never liked it until now! It's edgy and dark. It's the anti-Pippin. The guys are hot, especially Cesar who plays Lewis but the two that shined were Marcus as L. Player and Ethan as Pippin. Kudos to Ethan since he was still working through the show. I saw it on sunday and so I give me hat off to ya!
