I recently had a horrific dinning experience at Cinch. We ordered the pork chop and it was rare to medium rare. We sent it back and, we got back the same piece of pork. It had been cooked a little more but was still nowhere near done and we were afraid to eat it. Instead of accommodating us, the manager said they usually cooked their pork medium rare and no one had ever been sick. He didn't offer to fix it, take it off the bill or get us something else. Basically it was our problem.
