Intiraymi's food is soo delicious. Their food tastes really homemade and authentic! For guest trying peruvian dishes for the first time I would say start with a Papa a la Huncaina. Potatoes in a semi-spicy cheese sauce. For the entree I suggest the Lomo Saltado. Its top sirloin sauteed in onions,tomatoes, french fries served with white rice on the side. Intiraymi's is delicious!
