They continued to forget our drinks and every time we reminded the staff they gave us a malicious response. Our waiter was more concerned with gossiping with his colleagues than assist our table. Towards the end of evening as it was getting chilly I asked the manager to turn on the heating lamp because the busboy turned it off while he was cleaning our table. He cruelly refused, began snapping his fingers and basically became violent with his foul language and demeanor.

I love this Place!!!! I had such a great time. All my friends and I went there for dinner and then stayed after for the club part of the restaurant. We had such a great time!! Service was great, food was awesome and I love to dance.

I'm new to this area and I heard from a friend to try Villa Sorriso. I went the other day and found the ambience so beautiful and nice to be in. I would recommend the Penne alla Vodka. It was delicious; and I found out that it was their signature dish. The waiter was nice and tentive to my service. This is great, I found a great place to dine and wine. Plus, I live near by, so I'm all for Villa Sorriso when I'm craving Italian food.

We went for a birthday dinner on Saturday night and had a great time. Everything was delicious. Service was excellent. The waiter was attentive and funny. My girlfriend doesn't usually like martinis but tried the Lychee and loved it. They even gave her a complimentary birthday dessert with a candle on it! I would recommend this for a date night or group dinner. The club scene was fun and we danced until closing. For all the guys, there are tons of gorgeous women there!!

I wanted to have my Birthday there just getting information was awful the Hostesses are rude and is like I had to beg to get information for throwing my birthday party at the vip section. The service is really BAD and you DO NOT get treated like a guest. I was very dissapointed. Seems like these people don't like their job.

When asked for recommendations our server gave us a terse questionnaire and response that seemed to convey the feeling that it didn't matter what we ordered.
The pasta sauce was thick and as inspired as what you would find in a non-Italian restaurant chain. Other dishes that require an extra level of refinement to pull off well, such as their caesar or their stuffed ravioli, might as well have been purchased from the pre-made section at the Ralphs down the street.

If you're trying to go there on a friday or sat night and expect good service ... GOOD LUCK. It's true you are treated as if they are doing you a favor. Our appetizers were flavorless and the waitress coped and attitude when we returned our appetizers. If you're looking to JUST hang out and have a few drinks then you will enjoy the atmosphere. DO NOT go there for dinner. You will be dissapointed.

Service was rude and it seemed to be an imposition for the hostesses to attend to us. Server treated us like an unwelcome guest, slow, they ignore you. Salad was not crisp, pasta was over cooked and flavorless. We usually try to give a 2nd try to a place, but everything was so bad, they didn't deserve. I would not ever recommend this restaurant to friend or foe!

We had a bad experience the first time and thought we would give them a second chance. The second time was worse!! They have the most awful service, my fish was not fresh and not well prepared. I do not recommend this place at all. We were a party of 10 and it took three requests to get a refill on iced tea. Ridiculous.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon. Food was VERY good! Our table had a seafood salad, shrimp & artichoke pizza, and two other types of salads. Our waiter was accomodating, unlike the hostesses (two in the front) who did not do much to please us, or the other customers, waiting 10-15 minutes to get a table due to a shift change. We almost left, but glad we waited!
