Our food took over an HOUR to arrive and the service was terrible. We received the wrong bill and they got one of our orders wrong. I happened to check my bank statement a few days later to find a charge from Luna Park for $163.00! Luckily I had kept my receipt for $10! I spent 6 days hounding the managers, trying to get the situation corrected. They were rude and avoided my phone calls. In the end I called the credit card company to have the charge reversed.
