bakeswlove Los angeles, CaI'm going to tell it like it is, no BS. I use to love that place, but after chef Nora left, the food just went down hill. Not only did the food quality go bad, but the price went up? The restaurant should be run by real Spanish owners who take pride and quality in authentic Spanish cuisine, not Chinese owners who only care about profit and just don't know anything about Spanish food. Let me ask this, would you really want to eat at a Chinese restaurant owned by non Chinese owners?. May 17, 2007
Tiffany Monrovia, CaI just want to say that people should be honest when they write reviews, casue the food at this restaurant was very bad. Service was bad, and the price was to high for the qualit of food. The restaurant is nice, besides the smelly womens restrom and open kitchen. i would go back for drinks, that's all. Cindy Alhambra, CAI went on a Tuesday to enjoy the live music. I had some chicken, meatballs, and the crab croquettes. The crab croquettes were so good, it had alot of crab. I recommend it for a good ambience, service and food. November 23, 2005
James Downtown LA, CAI thought it was excellent. The tapenade does need some work, but I ate the special meat of the day and it was AWESOME! It melted in my mouth. Ask for specials, and for the red sangria. November 19, 2005

Frankie Pasadena, CAI read Irene's review a year ago and didn't want to bother going in Bar Celona. But I went with a friend and loved it. We were so pleased with the food that we asked to speak to the chef. To my amazement it was a woman, Nora. Over all, our experience was execellent and I do recommend this to people who are looking for good quality food and execellent ambience in Old Town Pasadena with a hollywood flare, which is not seen often.
