Out of three visits only my first was exceptional, including the service and the meal. Both other times were disappointing. The waiter contested our order when it came out wrong.We felt rushed and it was terribly noisy. Back to Five Crowns!

Mastro's is the best steak place around. Yes it is a bit trendy and the place gets loud but the steak melts in your mouth and the service is exceptional. I have tried every other hot steak place in town including Cut and still think Mastro's beats them all. Another big plus is that the quality of the food is very consistent; I have never had a bad meal.

Went to Masto's for anniversary dinner. Had bar to ourselves and enjoyed wine, bread & shrimp cocktail served over dry ice---interesting, but should be for 17 dollars and 3 shrimp!

Decent view of ocean
Too dim--could barely see our meal
Cons:
LOUD
Rushed--eager to turnover table
Bright parking lot lights (avoid corner patio table)
Overpriced
Many distractions
Not romantic
NO vegetarian entrees
Choose Gulfstream.

The service was great despite what I had heard from neighbors. My Salmon was undercooked by half and when I explained that to the waiter he implied that it was my fault. I did get a new serving but will not return to this restaurant.

went for dinner and the waiter who served us "Scott" was so good that I asked for his name should I ever retrun. They treated us very well. Down to a bowl of whipped cream for our dessers.
The food was not really memorable. Downsides: trying to take the plate too early, butter cake $11.50 the most recommended was dry. They talk abotu a dress code but its typical mid 40's fake boobs and hair plug crowd looking for a superficial and rich hook-up. i saw jeans and flip flops

Waiter was too busy trying to turn the table. Didn't offer desert menu, didn't ask all the guests, had to ask for coffee, took the plates away before we finishd. The manager came, didn't apologize, just asked "what do you want". Defended waiter, and had the audacity to tell us "I don't usually give out my business card, but ask for me next time you come here". Customer service - zero. Manager - zero. No class in this restaurant, just over priced and over the top.

waiter used a very bad judgement in handling our bills, we are supposed to split the bill and he presumed that because there's one guy should be the one to shoulder the bill inspite of the fact that we told the waiter that the bill will be split. so poor guy has to shoulder a 600 dollar bill unexpectedly,
i find the food way too expensive for a 40 dollar main entree without any side dishes is ridiculous since the food wasn;t greally great

I can't believe they charge $3 for valet parking when they are (over) charging $40 for an entree which doesn't include any side dishes. Also, unbelievably, they don't offer any kind of special occasion treat. Talk about cheap! How much does a scoop of ice cream with a candle in it cost. They are WAY too full of themselves. I think the novelty will wear off pretty quickly!
