I ordered an Uttapam and the onions were burnt. The first time I visited which was a couple weeks prior to this visit on a weekend the food was good. The second time was during the week. May be they perform better under pressure.

Lousy service. I ordered their special Utthappam, a crepe usually topped with green chili, onion, and various other vegetable toppings. They brought me instead, one topped with various nuts. They should have explained it on the menu. When I asked for the regular one instead, they asked me to "ask the manager". I paid for the uneated item and left. Do not go there for service.

Service is just horrible. The food may be OK but the servers out there specially a old guy named Khan is pathetic. While you are still dining in, if you try to place an order for another dish, he would said "try our pre-cooked items, Kitchen is already closed". This is just ridiculous. To me, If a customer is in before you close, you have to serve him/her, no matter what.
