Robert D. Newport Beach, CAThis restaurant really understands service. The atmosphere seems like fine dining, but the attitude of the staff is extremely friendly yet professional and very attentive. The crab cake is the best I've had, huge chunks of crab. The Lobster en Fuego was incredible; will order it asr an app. next time. One of my favorite parts were the drinks. We picked drinks that our server reccomended from a drink menu and were surprised at how addictive they were. Our favorite was the peaches and herb. January 25, 2007
Beth S. Irvine, CADon't waste your time - the food is mediocre and the atmosphere is a little stuffy. I think restaurants like Wildfish or Gulfstream are a much better bet. September 13, 2006
Joseph N. Lambert Irvine, CAA terrific new addition to the OC dining scene! Pretty restaurant, excellent service, and wonderful food. The crab cocktail is the best ever...generous portions of Alaskan king, Dungeness and lump crabmeat. Couple it with another starter (the shrimp cocktail is also awesome!) and you have dinner. The lobster entree is wonderful and rich...definitely splitable! The sole is great as is the sinfully delicious lobster mac & cheese. All and all wonderful spot...but, bring a full wallet!
