A couple kisses as they wait for their car to be brought around, doggie bag dangling from the gentleman's finger. A foursome of women decked out in belly-baring black bounds up the now dazzling-gold steps. The goofy paint job isn't just put on for the holidays, but is permanent. Inside, the décor plays up Chinese kitsch with a sly wink.
