Elisabeth Culver City, CAFirst the maitre d' refuses to seat us (outside, at 6 pm, hardly anyone there) then said he could. Seemed miffed we didn't have a reservation. We got the next table's appetizers but ended up with extra. The server wouldn't open the second bottle of wine we brought -- you can bring only one bottle per table, even for 4 people!! Corkage is fine but this is unreasonable. I do like the food--white gazpacho, faro salad, rabbit ravioli and the pork osso bucco ravioli are all outstanding. May 16, 2007
Linda Lane Hawthorne, ca Wow, this restaurant is packed with energy. The manager seemed very focused on trying to keep everyone happy. That is a difficult job. You can't make everyone happy.
