The food is great, but the manager is rude.

First the maitre d' refuses to seat us (outside, at 6 pm, hardly anyone there) then said he could. Seemed miffed we didn't have a reservation. We got the next table's appetizers but ended up with extra. The server wouldn't open the second bottle of wine we brought -- you can bring only one bottle per table, even for 4 people!! Corkage is fine but this is unreasonable. I do like the food--white gazpacho, faro salad, rabbit ravioli and the pork osso bucco ravioli are all outstanding.

Wow, this restaurant is packed with energy. The manager seemed very focused on trying to keep everyone happy. That is a difficult job. You can't make everyone happy. That didn't ruin my food experience.
I loved the desserts. The Paris-Brest is delicious. I haven't seen anything like it.

This restaurant has some of the best food I've ever tasted in Los Angeles County. Fraiche had just been open a week when I went but the word must have gotten out fast about the great food because it was PACKED with people. The food is excellent and I've been thinking about it ever since!

Wow! What an amazing menu. The food packs an orgasmic expeience in every bite. My favorites are the monk fish, chicken, mussels and the cheese fondue (bar menu only). These dishes are outrageous.
I love the the new bar chef. My favorite is the sangria with fresh fruit.
Amy, if you think this food is bland and has no flavor then I suggest you go to the doctor and have your taste buds examined.

First I tried as a walk in, and the Maitre D told us that they were too busy to take walk ins, to maintain a high level of service and food. After reserving for the next day, The Maitre D, Terry (a guy) was very helpful, gave us a nice table, and seated us promptly. My friends from New York, real foodies, were impressed with the quality of the food and service, and loved the shell fish. My favorite: gazpacho soup, and the steak frites. Leave room for desert, especially the Paris-Brest.

A very stylish room with patio. The food was creative, well prepared and nicely presented. The
service was ok, but will improve with time. The roast chicken with wild mushrooms was as good
as any I’ve had. Oysters were perfectly fresh, the risotto was excellent. I will go back.

Try the risoto, and the white gazpacho soup. Unbelievable! Love the decor, and cozy atmosphere. Nice to have such high quality in my neighborhood.
