LOVE Yamashiro! Great food, service, atmosphere and view. I can honestly say if or when I moved out of L.A. this would be the one restaurant I'd truly miss.

I loved this place. I took my girlfriend here for our anniversary, and let me say, the view, the food, everything was awesome. The appetizers are to die for and the garden afterwards is a nice place to get some hanky panky going on, y'all know what I mean? Yo! word em up. This place is banging off the hizzook. Yo, pooh nanna yum.

This restaurant has excellent food and excellent service although I have caught the sushi chefs laughing at gringos who don't know how to use chop sticks. That aside the sushi is fresh the food is great the price is good and there is free valet parking available. One of my all time favorit lunch places

The tuna and the salmon sashimi taste wonderfully fresh, even on a Sunday evening, and the tuna tartare makes an exquisite appetizer. The Lavender Baked Alaska is truly the stuff dreams are made of. Each fragrant bite offers the perfect blend of sweetness and the unexpected. The koi pond and the open garden lends a serene ambience that is difficult to achieve in such a fast-paced city. The view of Los Angeles from the restaurant is unparalleled, and the service more than adequate.
