Chin Chin
Hours: Daily, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Readers' rating: Reader reviews: Write a review ![]() Zia Silberman If you ask owner Bob Mandler what he's achieved with his chain of Chinese restaurants, he might tell you he was the guy who brought dim sum to the Westside more than 20 years ago when he opened his first Chin Chin on Sunset Boulevard. Or he'll say he popularized the now-ubiquitous Chinese chicken salad. He's certainly perfected the art of serving lighter Chinese fare in a casual setting. Chin Chin is a great destination for a quick bite.
