Ambience: The only gay bar in the Venice area. Straights feel more than welcome. A world away from Santa Monica Blvd, the laid back attitude and casual dress has people new to the area wonder if this place is gay or not. They mix great drinks and have good prices to match. Killer tunes on the jukebox. Relaxed-casual dress. Some guys show off their days' work in at near-by Muscle Beach with tight, revealing shirts. The bartenders will tell you "Every hour is happy hour." Pool table. Eclectic mix of men--there is someone for everyone at the Rooster Fish.
