It's run by Liverpudlians, so Irish/English is closer to the mark. Maybe those scouse accents sounded Scottish to you ;) Watch the game at the break of dawn with beans on toast for brekkie. Perfect!

It's real scruffy but the food is excellent particularly the scottish breakfast. They charge a lot on the door when the football is on (Soccer) but good atmosphere. Its a scottish/British pub! Not Irish English I would say
