The Holly Street Bar & Grill is located in a historic structure just a short walk from bustling Colorado Boulevard. The restaurant accommodates a diverse crowd in its comfortable art-enhanced dining room and romantic patio.
The eclectic menu here offers something for everyone, as it reflects influences from many of the world's great cuisines. The restaurant serves a French influenced "picnic" of roasted garlic, Maytag blue cheese,
tepenade and toast along with Middle Eastern
tabbouleh salad. Plank-roasted salmon with caramelized onions pays homage to the Pacific Northwest, smoked chicken quesadilla the Southwest, and seared ahi tuna the Pacific Rim. Pastas evoke memories of a Tuscan holiday. Wines include both premier California producers and boutique vintners.

We wanted a place for a quiet and reasonable celebration dinner after the Playhouse. We requested the brick walled, ivy encased patio, which was charming and intimate, conducive to private conversations. The waiter made a red wine recommendation, then asked if we wanted a taste before buying the bottle--very good idea. The seafood pasta special was terrific, as was the seafood bisque and starter salad. The service was excellent and we're looking forward to going there again.

Poor service, poor food quality, loud music and rude staff. Overpriced meals - rude valet parking attendant. . Met the owner - very crass and rude. Not recommended

i hadn't been there in years. wow! what a change. the food was always good but now the place is incredible not only in how it looks but because of the great music. my husband was blown away with the hand made desserts. i am personally thrilled to go to a place that's not a chain and the owners and staff take personal interest in each diner.
