Yesterday my date and I visited this restaurant for dinner. We had a table with a beautiful view, and the service was great, but I ordered my steak "rare" and got it "medium well". I eventually did get a "rare" steak, but the steak had no flavor whatsoever. The sides that were included with the steak dinner were very simple, a few vegetables and a so-so potato. The quality of the food (both mine and my date's) was bad. However, this restaurant has an amazing view of the Valley.

My husband and I go here all the time, it's definately our favorite place to go when we go out for a romantic time together. The view is what really got us in the beginning and the steak and lobster dinner is wonderful. It's great to just sit outside near the firepit and enjoy the scenery when the weather is nice out during the evening. We totally recommend this place even to try just once. Mother's Day Brunch is a great day to come out to also.

I have been to the Odyssey numerous times over the years and have always enjoyed it. The view is great, the food is always enjoyable. I have been there for regular dinners as well as mothers day and easter, always enjoyed it. For regular dinners, i always ask for a waiter who has been there for years and he takes are of us.

We went to the Odyssey for the Thanksgiving Buffet. The first thing that happened was the wine we ordered was in stock but we could not have it because it was "behind too many other things and we can't get to it"!! We all had trouble being served at the Turkey carving area. My brother in law waited several minutes while 2 employees carried on a conversation. During the middle of our dinner we were told the buffet was being torn down and we needed to get our dessert before they put it away.

I got married at this restaurant. It was really pretty and our pictures are to die for. The thing I did not like was the food did not taste even closely as good as it did when we did our taste test. Another thing that annoyed me was at the end we were still taking pictures and we told we had to hurry up because another wedding was coming- I told her “If I wanted a rushed wedding I would have go to Vegas!!!!

No. Valley residents used to take pride in the Odyssey; it has great views (teens loved to "park"). Food/service were always mediocre. What a waste of real estate. It has the pretention of Gladstone's, service of Denny's, and food of Olive Garden. Locals went there to see what "fine dining" was like - and were misled. You CAN get a good view, good service, and good food for 2 for $60 - but not at the Odyssey. The chain is nothing if not consistent - stay away from its sister restaurants.

If only the food could match the view.

This has to be one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. We made reservations for my family, but once we got to our table we discovered that our table had been given away to another party. When they sat us finally they gave us two separate tables. It was a weekend brunch and the food was below mediocre quality and it was about $23 a person. Classy as it may seem, anyone that is half-awake will realize they're being taken for a ride.
