Like a good story, the servers of Taxco rely on an oral tradition of sing-songing your entrée options. Diners can choose from several main dishes (beef, chicken, seafood or vegetarian), and then the feast begins, delivered in several rounds. Meatball soup, cheesy quesadillas, saucy enchiladas and whatever else the chef's whipping up on special.
