John B Laguna BCH, CAWrong place to go. Wrong location. Typical wanna be LA restauratuer in OC.... "lets educate the ignorant public about our idea of good food and wine then charge them up the wazoo". FOOLS! They know nothing of real restauranting. They only know snobbery. Neil Long Beach, CA Don't bother with this place unless you like noise and mediocre food at a fairly high price. IFirst, it still amazes me when restaurants don't offer one creative vegetarian entree. They told us they would put together a vegetarian plate for me. The result - steamed carrotts, asparagus and some potato. Not exactly a fine dining experience. My friends all rated their food at about a 6.5. Was that Paul Newman dressing on the salad?
