The Holly Street Bar & Grill is located in a historic structure just a short walk from bustling Colorado Boulevard. The restaurant accommodates a diverse crowd in its comfortable art-enhanced dining room and romantic patio.

The eclectic menu here offers something for everyone, as it reflects influences from many of the world's great cuisines. The restaurant serves a French influenced "picnic" of roasted garlic, Maytag blue cheese, tepenade and toast along with Middle Eastern tabbouleh salad. Plank-roasted salmon with caramelized onions pays homage to the Pacific Northwest, smoked chicken quesadilla the Southwest, and seared ahi tuna the Pacific Rim. Pastas evoke memories of a Tuscan holiday. Wines include both premier California producers and boutique vintners.
