I went to the Salt Creek Grille on a weekend night with a large party, expecting great food and great service--and didn't get either. We ordered drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Our drinks didn't come together, sides that were asked for took too long to arrive, and the server was either inexperienced or having a bad night (spilling on the table and me!). After draining my checking account for the sub par food and service, I will not be dining there again and would not recommend it.

(I go to the one in Valencia). It's my favorite restaurant-- great atmosphere and food. It's a bit pricey. Its passion fruit ice tea is a must-try. The prime rib special on Monday and Tuesday nights is worthwhile if you like prime rib. The service is almost always excellent.
