We asked our server to split a fajita half chix/half steak.Our server charged us an extra fee. From her explanation it was clear there was a misunderstanding.We asked to speak w/a manager when it was clear she wasn't going to reverse the extra fee.The manager argued w/ us & that most people just accepted the extra fee.I've worked in restaurants & usually when there's a misunderstanding btwn the restaurant &customer the customer is given the benefit of the doubt.

we were told it would be a half hr. wait, inside or out; went to the bar, told "we don't have absolut or grey goose"; drinks served in a plastic cup...after an hr. asked what's up, took us inside and there was not one seat occupied! when we went to get our car they'd lost the keys, we were treated like it was our fault told to take a cab home and f... o...! Great spot...a dinner in hell!
