This place sucks...they forcibly took my drink away from me at 1:30am when they were closing and I was finishing it up. I only had a few more sips left and the bouncer grabbed it out of my hand and said "Now, you're done!" Worst service ever.

Great scene, all kinds of people. Great staff. It's not an Irish-themed pub: It's real. There's always live music, comedy, trivia, or something good going on.
If LuckyStar from Venice thinks Glenlivet is the pick of the litter, that explains why he doesn't appreciate O'Brien's.

This is a terrific, friendly place! It's more than a tavern - it's also a great place to eat. They really tend to you here. Even the salads are terrific, and so is the fish and chips - we almost couldn't finish what we had! We found the mixed drinks and beer to be reasonably priced.

Of all the O'Briens Pubs all over the country, this one on Main Street is the worst. If you enjoy overpriced, watered-down beer and a faint musty smell to go along with it, then this is the place for you. I don't see how anyone can give this place a good review, unless they are too drunk to care. This is where I first tried Glenlivet, though, my favorite scotch by a mile. Great stuff!
