As the name implies, this restaurant offers dishes from throughout the sub-continent. Start with potato pancakes topped with onions, tamarind and green chili chutney; a thin griddlecake made with cream of wheat, or pakoras (deep-fried fritters filled with onion, shrimp or fish). Entrées include curries, aromatic tandoori dishes and burrito-like rolls often sold from pushcarts on the beaches of Bombay.
