This burgeoning chain serves high-quality Mexican-style seafood at fair prices. The dining rooms are not much to look at -- the Eagle Rock location is the most charming and probably primarily responsible for the company's near cult following. Lines are often long, as loyal fans of the place generate a lot of takeout business.

The selection of Mexican-inspired dishes includes ceviche, fish tacos, seafood burritos, huachinango (crispy whole fried snapper akin to what is served at beach front restaurants in Mexico), traditional English fish & chips, scallop tacos and grilled trout. The flan is house-made. Open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.
