Furaibo Japanese Restaurant

When Furaibo opened in Southern California nearly 20 years ago, its focus was chicken wings. The menu has since expanded, but chicken wings continue to be the star of the show at this izakaya-style spot, with additional locations in West L.A. and Puente Hills. And for good reason. They're crispy and come in a secret sauce that is both tart and sweet, with a dusting of salt and white pepper.
