foodie Q Santa Monica, CAI would simply go back there for the veal ravioli appetizer. The juicy dumplings floating in clear broth- simple as it sounds, was unforgettable. Sick with the basics, and you won't go wrong. May 3, 2006
RC LOS ANGELES, CA. Yes it is pricey, but at one time the choices on the menue, the specials, and especially the staff made it a great dining experience. However the "specials"are the same every night (not really special!). The sound is extremely loud. The waiting staff (which unfortunatly has changed and the good ones have moved on) kept bumping into my chair and my date as they tried to reach tables past us that were too close together. Used to go every week, now, never. June 14, 2005
Trudi Behr LosAngeles, CAThe chef is brilliant; the management and waitstaff is pathetic. Expect to pay $50 a head and be rushed out within an hour of your reservation. From reviews on the net, I see our experience is not the exception. Someone decided it's a good idea to turn a table every hour. So unless you like to be presented with your check while they are clearing your dinner plate - stay away. Coffee? Dessert? They don't have the graciousness to offer it.
