Stan Horwitz Encino, Ca We have been dining at El Paso for a few years...and enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Not pretentious, just friendly. This is a family owned and operated place. Ted, the owner, is very attentive. July 2, 2007
JW Encino, Ca Went for lunch during the week. Not impressed, VERY drab atmosphere and service was not the best. Prices are too high for the quality of food. No seasoning.
