Sam Santa Monica, CAOMG! Same as the other bad reviews! Exactly the same thing happened when we ordered, received bad food and tried to have them remove it from the bill. Also got REALLY SICK and were told by restaurant that we were 'lying' and 'seeking money'... Was also hung up on like Jamie! They're bad people and I have no clue how they're in business! Never been treated so badly, EVER! WORST SUSHI/FOOD OF MY LIFE! Reported to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!! October 1, 2007
Maja LA, CAI have seen several reviews of others who had bad food and incidences like mine. Our fish smelled ‘bad’, was warm and as we later found out, was spoiled. The spicy tuna roll was gross, the yellowtail looked like scraps and smelled! We complained that our food was not good, and were told we were ‘lying’ and they wouldn't take anything off our bill. We felt ill, hurried home and got REALLY SICK! Went back to tell them and they yelled, called me a ‘liar’...! FOUL FOOD! REPORTED TO HEALTH DEPT! December 26, 2006
Jamie Venica, CAThe fish that I ate didn’t taste right and my party tried to cancel the rest of our order but the waiter refused to. A few hours later I started to experience nausea and vomiting. I called the restaurant to tell let them know and asked to speak to the manager and was told no. I was hung up on many times. I explained that it wasn’t because I "didn't like the food” but that I had gotten very sick from the food as well as the rest of my party. I asked for the manager’s name and was refused.
