The food is good but the service is appalling -- and predictably so. The rudeness outweighs the benefits. They almost take pride in their indifference to their guests.

I lived in Italy for 6 years and have tasted the best traditional regional cuisine from all parts of Italy hence Europe.The food was mediocre and understated .
The waiter was condescending and rude.
I have allergies and asked if one of the ingredients could be omitted and or substituted and he did not at the least accommodate me.
The bill was $100 without desert . I could have had a much better meal less expensive next door at the Twin Palms. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We love the unique Alto Aldige-style cuisine (Austro-Venetian), the cozy, home dining room-like setting, the soft music in the background, and the absence of noise. The cuisine is expensive but worth every penny. Try the pastas to start and the seafood or pork chop as an entree. If you can reserve a month or more in advance, they will make their special Cjalsons, sweet and savory ravioli-like pasta.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Charming setting, personable and efficient service, and food unlike any other food around--a little Italian, a little Austrian. I crave their pastas.

Food is good but very very small. Dont' expect much for the price.
Our server was very smug and our hostess was rude and snobbish.
I will not go back.

my husband and i love this restaurant. it's really cozy and the food is divine. top quality! we enjoyed everything we tried the first time and couldn't wait to go back. the apple strudel in the picture is just as good as it looks. our favorite "special occasion" dining place in pasadena~
