David Wagner Washington DC, DCHad lunch there with my brother earlier in the summer. The taramasalat was outstanding. While we wanted to split up on what we would be ordering, we both were pulled too much in the direction of the baby lamb sandwich - excellent flavor and a generous portion of meat.
