I went with a party of 6 on New Years Eve at 6:30 p.m. They were offering a special menu and we were divided evenly. 3 Filets and 3 Chilean Sea Bass. The filet was cooked perfectly, very tender, and full of flavor. My husband said his fish was cooked to perfection as well. Each course was very tasty. We had at least 4 people attending to our table. Let me just say that I was skeptical after reading bad reviews, but our experience at Windows was great.

Despite my love of downtown, the Transamerica Building is not included in my love. It is in a bad part of town. The highrise itself is really ghetto. We went for lunch and there were flies in the lobby of the restaurant and there was no one else there. I had a sandwich that was dry. Sorry, not worth it. If you want a view, get some McDonald's and park your car on a cliff.

This is a nice place to go on a clear day but don't go during the holiday season. The restaurant doesn't seem to be able to handle too much business. The food was all over cooked. Medium meats were charred., etc.

Our family went to celebrate two birthdays and were VERY disappointed with the service. I can't comment ont he quality of the food as it was luke warm to cold when served. It took over 25 minutes for desert to be served as our waiter spent most of his time with another group in one the private dinning rooms. Our bill with tip was $1,000. That is the last dime they will get from us. We had an terrible experience. Do not dine here as there are other places to eat with better service and food.

What a night! I had the pleasure of dining at Windows the other night and boy was I pleased. The place was packed the view was to die for and the food was delicious. My steak was tender and juicy and my wife's fish was moist and flavorful. Highly recommend Windows to anyone.
