Ambience is an A the food? Chef thinks tagliatelle is wide flat noodle. Lobster like rubber.chicken still pecking, as apology, waiter brought "beet carpaccio" worst thing I have eaten since up seaweed on Manhattan Beach Sorry, too many restaurants in LA to put up with waiters who can't pronounce the name food, proudly announce that "you are wrong " when you try to correct them and kitchen is too slammed to pay attention to cooking time.

I've been to blue on blue for breakfast with the folks, dinner and drinks with dates and each experience has been awesome. The food is excellent and it's always nice to bump into a celebrity (though this place isn’t known to draw the Paris Hilton set – thank God! – Brad Pitt or even Mayor Villaraigosa will do just fine). But what I really dig is the low-key ambiance. It’s cool without being forced, as genuinely relaxed a “scene” as can be found in L.A. I highly recommend.
