Komatsu is excelent. Forget everything you think you know about tempura, this is not just little pieces of shrimp and veggies deep fried. The batter is light and tasty, the sauces are wonderful. I recommend the mixed shrimp and scallop tempura bowl from the lunch menu. The english skills of the waitresses is highly variable, so be patient.

The place smells like sewage, the food is very little for the price they offer. Will not go again.
