Fatty's

Inconspicuously housed in a former automobile garage, Fatty's is easy to pass up, but definitely worth looking out for. This Eagle Rock cafe/restaurant offers a unique assortment of vegetarian fare, fresh desserts and beverages ranging from coffee to beer to the refreshing lime rickey. Try the Mystic Pita (pita bread stuffed with artichokes, feta, roasted peppers and cucumbers), the fondue platter, or choose from Fatty's selection of tasty soups, sandwiches, quiches and pizzas. Service can be slow -- grab a coffee and a magazine from their newsstand to read while you wait.
