I had tried Bin 8945 several times because they had a nice wine list, but after several real bad service issues and major attitude, a friend recommended AOC. This is a very cool scene with professional service and nice wines a great place to meet people as well. I will return.

Forget these negative idiots! This place is always on the mark and a really sexy scene. i have been here 9 times this year and have never experienced attitute from anyone. This place is great case closed. By the way a bargain too. Great food.

Its a great place for what it is..an upscale wine and tapas bar. attitudes abound the second you enter, even from the bus boys. the menu is exotic the first couple of times maybe, but after that its old hat. other reviewers are right, current menu is very hit or miss, and items listed as hot should be as such, not luke warm for the record.

I've had good meals there, but also bad meals there - the small plates are scatter-shot, but the ingredient are high-quality and always interesting - for example, the beef I had was a nice cut, but way too rare for even me to eat - the salad became merely a tangle of watercress - but the curry cauliflower was nice - I would go back, but order carefully. Nice room, service, scene, though - just book ahead, it's still hard to get a table at a decent hour.

The dates stuffed with parmesan wrapped in bacon were good. Veal saltimbocca was wonderful and the crab gratine had big lumps of crab meat Yum. Skip the sweet potatoes, boring and the tillman? cheese from Vermont. The flank steak and the mushrooms sautéed in garlic were a nice match. Look out for the waitress hustle "Most people order 3 plates and cheese. When we ordered a cheese selection the waitress replied "only one piece of cheese?” The meat dishes are enough to eat as a small meal.

I definately recommend AOC for either group or a date the food is just so much fun and the wine even better. Service has always been good. Surprised there aren't more reviews as it's a total hot spot. Wonder when they will change the menu again.
