Sumi Chang (ex-Campanile chef and ex-nurse) could cure anything with one of her famous scones.

Popular food: Glorious, exquisite sandwiches on handcrafted breads; egg pie; Valrhona chocolate brownies, tea cakes and much more -- it doesn't get any better than this!

Unique food: Sublime seasonal fruit tarts.

Drinks: Lattes; drinks made with Torre Fazione espresso beans.

Seating: Plenty of tables inside and a few on sidewalk.

Ambience: The very personal province of a professional pastry chef.

Extras/Notes: No day-old goods sold here. If there's anything left, it goes to charity.

Parking: Lot or street parking.

Mike Pasadena, CA

This is the Best bakery in Pasadena. And at least one of the best in CA. French pastries by a French culinary school trained pastry chef. Service currently is as good as ever--that's the real news now! Lunch items are limited but high quality. Best house coffee in Pasadena & the Ice Mocha is the best probably because of high grade of chocolate used.
