This is a must-try pizza. Different in its own right. Rustic, ciabbata-like (seems inspired by Ms. Silverton's rustic bread recipe with a touch of rye flour - wish I could find the recipe for this pizza dough). Yes, the crust is the must, but the toppings are inventive, inspiring and satisfying. Heck, I just love pizza!

Pizzeria Mozza exceeded all of our expectations. We had 2 pizzas -- one with goat cheese, & bacon and the Bianco, which was amazing. The crust is crisp, delicate and delicious. Be sure to save room for dessert. The butterscotch budino and gelatos are fantastic.

The hype is great but our Pizza was slighly burned. When we told this to our server she seemed put out. The replacement was good but no one in our party was wowed.

Over rated but good. Bad management makes it a pain in the neck

Okay lets be real. The pizza may be good but this is not a three star restaurant. This restaurant would never get three stars in New York. Babbo received three stars and that truly is a three star restaurant. I think we need Ruth Reichl reviewing our restaurants. It makes you wonder when Osteria Mozza opens will that get four stars? I'm not trying to be too critical I know Nancy knows her dough and the pizza is good but the review is still misleading.

I really was amazed by this place. I am not a traditional pizza fan so I was a little skeptical when we arrived. But I was quickly wowed by the spinach and crispy goat cheese app. Then, I was privileged to taste the best pizza that I have ever tried. We ordered a few different types, and the flavors are amazing and you don't feel too full or heavy after eating. We finished our lunch with the vanilla and espresso gelati, which, once again, was some of the best I have had.

This is a place that really lives up to the hype. Great pizza -- esp the fennel sausage with fennel dust - wow! Don't miss the zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta and deep fried. They will melt in your mouth. Wish they weren't $8 for four, though... Another must-try is the butterscotch budino. Gorgeous textures and flavours.
