The Viet Film WavePresented by: Bowers Museum
Series of three films and a symposium (April 6-May 9) examine recent movies created by young Vietnamese-Americans. Films include Journey From the Fall (2005) (April 6), Owl and the Sparrow (2007) (April 20) and Buffalo Boy (2004) (May 4). In Vietnamese with English subtitles. All screenings begin at 3:30 p.m. The Symposium takes place May 9 (7:30 p.m.). Filmmakers in attendance after each screening.
