Disney's California Adventure

Disney's depiction of contemporary California has never caught visitors' attention the way Walt's original Disneyland has over the years. Nevertheless, the park offers a few worthy attractions, including the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror; "Disney's Aladdin — A Musical Spectacular," a 40-minute, Broadway-style stage musical, and Soarin' Over California, an IMAX-style film where visitors watch in suspended hang-glider seats. Visitors can also take a spin on the California Screamin' coaster, which boasts a spry horizontal launch, and kids can ride Heimlich's Chew Chew Train ride, based on the "Bug's Life" caterpillar.
