Chris Redondo Beach, CAWe were at the HOB Anaheim for dinner & a concert on 10/10/06. I had the burger with fries and my girlfriend ordered the Jambalaya. The fries in my meal tasted lukewarm and stale… like they were three hours old. The Jambalaya was a disaster. The sausage was overcooked and tough, the sauce was bland and tasted like it was straight out of a can, the meal was not hot, and it just didn’t taste very good overall.
