Ngoma Restaurant has great food however, the service is really bad. I was there today and had to wait in the empty restaurant for about 5mns. Then I decided to enter the kitchen myself as my patience was wearing out. One of the waitresses (she said her name was Ego am not sure if I spelled it write) came to sit and serve me while eating plantain. The service was so bad that i felt as if i was not welcome and was disturbing the peace she had in the empty restaurant. This is really unfortunate.

Ngoma Rest. started out great back in 2004 when I used to go there. Ever since, the service has gotten worse and worse. Unfortunately, only caucasians patrons get excellent service, if you are an African, and I, Am Kenyan, do like to enjoy the African cuisine, but recently, July 5th, 2008, I was given the worst treatment by the waiter and the owner! It was quite unfortunate when my sister and I were treated like scam yet we were paying as much as the other people! Unbelievable.
