I had been before and took a friend. Her food was good, my beet salad was drenched with vinegarette to wear where it seized my vocal chords. Then my sea bass on ravioli...well, it was like eggwhite rubber large disk in brown liquid, and fish was dry and awful, YUK! Staff was nice about it but evening was a bust...still the bill was $108 for 2 salads, 1 entree and 3 glasses of wine. Music was great!

As a relocated Los Angelino, I was very pleasantly drawn in to the vibe I felt visually and audibly at Vibrato's. If you have a fancy for fine dining and great atmosphere Vibrato's is a can't miss...the only place close to the experience in Northern California would have to be Nob Hill ,S.F.

Vibrato is an excellent choice for a great dinner with wonderful music and excellent service. The maitre d’ made sure all our special requests were taken care of. The waiter was very attentive and the jazz ensemble played very well and all we requested. The music was not too loud so we could easily have a conversation. The steak was superb, comparable to steaks from top steakhouses. The ambience is warm and inviting. I will definitely return.

Went with clients and thought the place was great! Mash Potatos and the seafood soup is amazing. Granted I was in good ocmpnay, so maybe the shortcomings of the returant was not on the forefront of things. overall a pleasure to find this little place out of no where.

Went for the jazz (Toots Thielemans & Kenny Werner) which we enjoyed immensely...but were also impressed with the wonderful menu selections & how skillfully the chef prepared them. The ambiance makes this a perfect place to dine and enjoy great music.

came for the JAZZ, Cecilia is the greatest, tight group the quintet I,ve been listening to for years in so cal, and KKJZ, altho hardly any air time anymore. Have all 5 CD,s but nothin like it live. see you next time she,s in town.

Terrific service and great jazz scene but the food was awful. Nice menu selection but too salty and somewhat flavorless. Change chefs or at leastreceipes and we will return over and over for the wonderful setting and lighting and bar.

Perfect ambiance and impecable service but the food was nearly inedible due to way too much salt. We told our waiter and the manager who told us that the chef agreed and tossed out the bearnise. We would return for the setting and great jazz but each item was way too salty and unpleasant enough to come home and write this review and worry about the effects of sodium overdose. Despite the terrible food, (with the exception of desert and the bread sticks!!!) the service was fabulous!!!!
