I took my girlfriend there the 12th of July for the first time. I frequent at least 4 times a month. We were seated outside at first, but after waiting about 8 minutes no one came to serve us. We then sat ourselves in the bar area. After waiting again, our order was finaly taken. From there the service just went straight to hell. The server NEVER came back to the table to see if we wanted to order a main meal. I have never recieved such crappy service there ever. My tip for this server? $3.00.

I work at Gordon James Grill. I witnessed Brenda's dining experience. She is leaving out details like changing her toddlers messy diaper in the dining room. Rathr than ask to be moved she was rudely aggressive. They were moved. One Godparent informed the hostess that she needed glasses so she could read better. Brenda admitted that her guest's comment was inappropriate. The account of what occured is far from what she has written. Gordon James is a great place to dine & work.

We were seated at a table in the back room. After ordering a party of 25 came. We asked why we were seated there and they discovered a mix up. We were moved but the owner said if we were looking for something quiet "why would we bring a two year old". Our son is not perfect but he is very well behaved. I will never step foot in that place again.
