I went for the first time a few weeks ago and I must say the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is good and the customer service is to be commended. Suggestion: the one thing that would complete it would be backgammmon game s or chess or checkers for people who wanted to do something after eating inbetween the music sets at elast a small section maybe 2 tables for this.

I love Industry Cafe` and Jazz. The combination of authentic delicious Ethiopian/Eritrean cuisine at a very reasonable price with the enjoyable jazz atmosphere is really what this city needed. This place invites incredibly talented jazz groups to perform at no cover charge to the customer (only a tip jar), and the personnel is very friendly and delightful. I recommend this place to anyone, whether you are a jazz lover or just want to take your date in a nice and inexpensive romantic spot.

We are hooked to Industry Cafe. On average we dine there twice a month. Our favorite group was a brass quintet. Food is always great and very hospitable staff. MUST VISIT !

We have stopped by the cafe a few times. Bands have ranged from straight-ahead jazz, to fusion to country folk. People are friendly and the place is easy-going. We have not yet eaten there. HIghly recommend.

Stopped by late after the Jazz Bakery show and this group was happy to see just the two of us. Coffee and a wine was given with a smile and then conversation. Erin (SP) is the owner and a great guy. Will go back for the music and some of the African dishes. Open late and we like it! KB
