A modest spot that's seen better times, with Guinness, Smithwick and Harp on tap but not enough trade to ensure the kind of keg turnover that keeps it fresh. No British fare but instead down-market coffee-shop dishes.

Grace Redono Beach, CaI went to Keegans last weekend I was very suprised that there was not only a D.J. but also a live band playing in the next room. There was no cover charge and we had a great time! November 3, 2007
