As Hollywood haunts go, the Avalon ghosts are many. Like the one of the kid who tripped off the balcony to his death several years ago and is now seen regularly in the balcony tying his shoes. Or the night one of the bartenders followed the sound of a music box thru the catacombs to a locked door. The moment the door was opened, the music stopped and there was no sign of any music box inside. Before the venue used motion detectors at night, they used to have two security guards spend all night guarding the building. Late one night one of the guards unloaded his entire gun clip into the opera box (side balcony). That night both guards quit. Other paranormal experiences range from an invisible object bumping into you in the middle of an empty dance floor and the "dancing" lights on the curtains after all the electricity is turned off. Don't miss the chance to step through its gothic doorways into the middle of the huge dance floor and feel the decades of Hollywood history swirl around you.
