John Williamson Virginia Beach, VA

My wife Jan and I went there in 2002 and had a ball. Good food, great atmosphere. The long and winding road to the bathrooms was odd, though. We ran into Harrison Ford out the Boulevard afterwards where he was filming Hollywood Homicide. Quite a memorable evening.

Women, take heed and BEWARE! This place is ran by the most belligerent, beguiling management I have ever encountered. If you enjoy being called the “b-word” and your race being belittled (by the staff), then by all means-this is your hangout! But, for all the beautiful women, and men, who are just really looking for a down-to-earth, all around good vibe spot- this is NOT the place to support. This place is a joke!

The drinks are a rip off.

Strong drinks, dance floor in the back.

It's supposed to be old school but the vibe hasn't caught up -- or caught 'back' yet. Worth a look-see and maybe a brewski, but if you want real old Hollywood ambience, walk across the street to Musso Frank's for classic martinis while sitting next to the ghosts of Bogart, Chaplin and Holden.

Nicely re-done and a cool-looking place. Very touristy the last time I was there. The drinks were top-dollar. Might be good if you're showing LA to out of towners. Very pretty boys and girls on staff flirting with each other.

Gotta love the Pig. Great outdoor patio in front.
