Susannah Mills, 31, and Matthew Cooke, 34, out on their fire escape with a peek-a-boo view of MacArthur Park and the Los Angeles skyline. Cooke, an Oscar-nominated movie producer, has lived in the building for over a year and is currently using part of his space to film a variety show.
